Are you organized for next year? Things flow so much smoother when they are neat and organized! To help you get organized, I’ve got these printables to help you organize your homeschool.
Homeschool Forms
- Homeschooling Goals (do you make goals every year?)
- Withdraw from Public School Letter
- Intent to Homeschool Form
- Daily Schedule
- Curriculum Planning
- Field trip Planning
- Extra Curricular Activities Planning
- Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly Lesson Planners
- Preschool / FIAR Planning Sheet
- Annual Attendance Sheet
- K12 Grades Tracker
I use the monthly planner for preschool who have fewer things to write in each day and it is easier to get a birds eye view of what is coming. For Goofy (1st grade) I like using the weekly or bi weekly schedule so there is room to write more details. Then I just note our attendance at the bottom and add it to our record keeping folder. At the end of the school year print off the yearly school attendance sheet and staple them all together for your records. Easy peasy!
