Peel ripe Kiwis and slice.
Insert lollipop stick in kiwis and place on parchment paper in the freezer.
In a saucepan over medium heat melt 1/4 cup coconut oil and 1 bag dark chocolate until smooth.
Dip frozen kiwi in melted chocolate and thoroughly coat.
The chocolate will harden in about 15 seconds. Keep frozen until ready to eat.
