Playdough Recipe - Glow in the Dark Playdough!
My kid love playing with playdough. It is not only a great creative outlet, but also strengthen their hand muscles so they will be ready to write. But today was all about play! We made glow in the dark playdough.
I made our favorite playdough recipe and then added 2 teas of washable fluorescent paint. I mixed well with my hands. Once it was thoroughly mixed in it did not come off on little hands.
Note: To get deep vibrant colors add food coloring / dry Kool-Aid packets AND washable fluorescent paint in the same color.
I gave my toddler a mixing bowl and a spoon so she could make her own cookies.
She put the cookies on a baking sheet.
Next it was time to add some sprinkles!

Now we checked out our cookies using our black light!
Tinker bell was impressed!
Can you tell which cookies are “regular” playdough and which ones glow in the dark? Cool, huh!
