You will even find seasonal recipes - and it's all FREE! My meals are an outcome of me striving to feed my family better - organically, nutritiously, and still yummy food! Oh, and did I mention eat on a budget! Our family feels these meals are:

  • My meal plans are FREE!  (Your visiting my site keeps the lights on so to speak, no extra charge!)

  • My meals are nutritious & balanced!

  • My meals are thrifty! (we pinch pennies by making good use of what foods are in season) Groceries cost our family of 5 about less than $125/week

  • My food is yummy! (These are all recipes my family loves; we include a dessert once a week and seasonal favorites)

  • My food is “real” and my family chooses to buy at least the dirty dozen organic!   (If you are looking for menus with boxed items, this is probably not for you)
