FREE Monthly Meal Planner

If you've never used our free monthly family meal plan you are in for a treat. I've done all the work for you. Each month includes 4 weeks of meals, recipes, and weekly printable grocery items. You will even find seasonal recipes - and it's all FREE! My meals are an outcome of me striving to feed my family better - organically, nutritiously, and still yummy food! Oh, and did I mention eat on a budget! Our family feels these meals are:

  • My meal plans are FREE! (Your visiting my site keeps the lights on so to speak, no extra charge!)

  • My meals are nutritious & balanced!

  • My meals are thrifty! (we pinch pennies by making good use of what foods are in season) Groceries cost our family of 5 about less than $125/week

  • My food is yummy! (These are all recipes my family loves; we include a dessert once a week and seasonal favorites)

  • My food is “real” and my family chooses to buy at least the dirty dozen organic!   (If you are looking for menus with boxed items, this is probably not for you)

If this is your first time using my meal plan – please read the Monthly Meal Plan FAQs

By using the meal plan below you agree to the following:

  • This is for personal use only (you may print off 1 copy for your families personal use)

  • This may NOT be sold, hosted, reproduced, copied or stored on any other site (including blog, Facebook, Dropbox, etc.)

  • All downloaded materials provided are copyright protected. Please see Terms of Use.

  • I offer free printables to bless my readers AND to provide for my family. Your frequent visits to my blog & support purchasing through affiliates links and ads keep the lights on so to speak. Thanks you!

You can also pull up your shopping list from your smart phone, but I know sometimes it is easier to print this off to add your own notes {things you already have, add’l household supplies you need, etc.} Each weekly shopping list contains everything you need to make the recipes that week.  Easy Peasy!

If you notice a mistake, please let me know so I can fix it. Thanks
