No Bake Yogurt Cheesecake Recipe
Use 12 muffin liners to fill a muffin pan.
In a food processor pulse together 35 Nilla Wafers and 4 Tab butter. Press 1-2 Tablespoons of mixture in bottom of each muffin liner and press to make a crust.
Put pan in freezer to “set” while you make your Cheesecake filling.

I headed to my local Walmart to purchase my Yoplait Yogurt for my recipe. I love that our Walmart opens at 7am so I can sneak over to the grocery store before the day begins!
In the blender, mix together the filling:
- 1 blocks of cream cheese (8 oz)
- 6 oz Yoplait yogurt (in your favorite fall flavor)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
Put a little less than 1/3 cup of filling mixture into each muffin liner making sure to smooth the top.
Put in the freezer for 5 minutes to set quickly.
In less than 10 minutes you have a mouth watering, creamy, fall snack for the whole family.
Serve plain, topped with chopped apples, or a scoop of apple pie filling!
