Salad Recipes
With the variety of different fruits and vegetables during Summer, one can make the most delicious AND healthy salads. For example a Strawberry & Spinach Salad, Classic Carrot Summer Salad, Creamy Cucumber Salad and Cucumber Caprese Salad.
Get creative with your combinations of fruit and vegetables and find new salads your family surely will love. How about a Peach, Feta and Pecan Salad, Triple Berry and Kale Salad, Broccoli and Cranberry Salad(interesting pairing) or Three Peppers Salad?
For the carb loving folks: add a starch to your salad combinations. Good examples are these Summer Vegetables Pasta Salad or Hawaiian Tortellini Salad, Pesto Pasta Salad, BBQ Ranch Pasta Salad, Loaded Potato Salad and Thai Quinoa Salad.
