Foil Packet Recipe
Inside a foil packet or large rectangle foil add all these ingredients:
- 4-6 sausage links
- 2 cups potatoes, chopped
- 2-3 sweet bell peppers (we used orange, red and green)
Drizzle on top 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper, to taste.
Place a second sheet of foil over top and foil over at the edges to form a tight packet.
Place on the grill (or bake at 400F) for 20-30 minutes until sausages are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 160F.
Carefully unfold packet, there will be hot steam released, and serve.
You can serve it all mixed up, or pull out the sausages and put them on a bun to serve with a side of potato and peppers. YUMMY!!
