INGREDIENTS:






  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 Tablespoons baking powder

  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/4 teas salt

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin

  • 3/4 cup melted butter

  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract






INSTRUCTIONS:






  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into pre heated waffle iron. We like to serve with whipped cream with a dash of cinnamon on top, but they are delicious with maple syrup too.
