INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs ground Turkey (browned)
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 cans white northern beans, drained
- 15 oz pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie)
- 4.5 oz green chilies chopped
- 2 c. chicken broth
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low (best flavor). Serve with cornbread or bread.
