Disney Movies to watch before a trip to Disney World

As we begin Disney World Planning for our big family trip to Disney World I’ve made a couple things I am excited to share with you! I hope this will help your family plan your own memory filled trip to Disney World.

FREE printable with what movies to watch before a trip to Disney World listed by park you are visiting (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios). This is a must for Disney World planning fro your next family vacation

Disney Movies to Watch before Disney World

When you are taking a trip to Disney you want to prepare. Not just making reservations and dinning reservations, but getting your family ready for the fun too! By preparing your family you will help foster excitement and will have fun in the process.

Although you can go to Disney World without doing any prep and have an amazing time, I think knowing who the characters are helps add to the magic. But sometimes knowing what movies you should watch can be challenging if you’ve never been to Disney World. I’ve made a {free} printable with park by park movies you should see to understand the rides and characters you might choose to interact with. There is also a top 21 or Top 9 list if you are pressed for time.

We laminated ours and kept it next to the TV for Family Movie Night. When you watch it you can just cross it off with a dry erase marker. Please use your judgment as to which movies your children are ready to watch. Some movies (such as Snow White, The Little Mermaid, and The Lion King) has some intense scenes that may be to scary for younger children.
