Jelly Bean Gospel for Kids

This is such a fun way to help teach kids the message of salvation at Easter.  Using jelly beans, and Easter egg, and the printable Jelly Bean Gospel you can teach kids about Jesus and the true meaning of Easter.  This is great for Sunday School Lessons, to give to friends, or just to go over as a family.

Jelly Bean Gospel - Easter Kids Activity for Sunday School

We are always looking for fun, meaningful activities to help focus our kids back to the real meaning of Easter! This Jelly Bean Gospel Kids Activity fit the bill.

This is such a fun idea for home, Sunday School, or to give to unsaved neighborhood kids.

Easter is about Jesus

Teaching kids about salvation with this Easter Activity for Kids

All you need for this fun, simple Easter gospel message for kids is:

  • plastic Easter egg to hold everything

  • wooden cross bead (optional: I got 60 for $2.99 at Hobby Lobby in the bead section)

  • Jelly Beans: black, red, white, yellow, and green

  • Jelly Bean Gospel printable (free download below)

Like I said, this would be fun for kids to make to give to friends that may not know Jesus or for a special Easter egg hunt for your kids to re-focus them on the real meaning of Easter.

Jelly Beans to Share the Gospel with Sunday School

We used it with our Sunday School class. I had the filled eggs ready to give to each of the 60 kids in our room at the end of class. During Bible lesson time I had little snack bags filled with the 5 jelly beans to pass out. As we went through what each color meant the kids were able to eat the jelly beans.

It was such a fun activity for the kids that was truly memorable. Then they got to take an egg home to share what they learned with their parents as reinforcement!
