Banana Pancakes



whisk together brown sugar, oat meal, flour, eggs, baking powder, yogurt, and vanilla extract



Start off by whisking together milk, eggs, vanilla, oil, and yogurt.

Add smashed bananas, oatmeal, flour, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, and chopped pecans.

Pour pancake batter onto a hot griddle. Flip the pancake when it begins to actively bubble; cook until other side is golden brown.

Banana Oatmeal Pecan Pancakes



2 smashed bananas                                            3/4 cup milk (we use 2% or higher organic)


1 cup oatmeal (quick oats)                                2 eggs


1 cup flour                                                         3/4 cup plain yogurt


1/4 cup brown sugar                                          1 teaspoon vanilla extract


2 teaspoons baking powder                               1 cup chopped pecans


1/2 teas salt                                                        1/4 cup oil





Whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla, oil, and yogurt. Then add in remaining ingredients. Pour pancakes onto a hot griddle. Serve with maple syrup and whipped cream.
