Cream together 1 cup salted butter, 1 cup creamy peanut butter, and 1 cup brown sugar until it is light and fluffy.
Add in 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Mix in 3 1/2 cups flour and chill dough for about 2 hours.
HINT: While dough chills unwrap snicker minis or use snicker balls which come un-wrapped!
Preheat the oven to 325 F. Using chilled dough, flatten about 1 tablespoon of dough into a circle. Then place a snicker mini in the middle.
Wrap the dough around the snicker and pinch together to make a ball. Now place on a cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart, and bake at 325 F for 14-16 minutes.
Cool the cookies on a cooling wrack.
Next roll in powdered sugar (or sprinkle if you prefer) and drizzle with melted chocolate.
These cookies are ridiculously YUMMY! We love eating them slightly warm; the entire peanut butter casing over the snicker just melts in your mouth!
Holy Cow these are delicious and addictive!! These cookies are a delicious treat anytime or to use up leftover Halloween candy!
HINT: You can use mini Milk Way, Rolo, or other similar candies if you have them on hand instead.

These Snicker Cookies are decadently delicious and super easy to make! Let me show you how we make one of our favorite Christmas Cookies Recipe that is requested by my kids each and every year!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 23 oz Snicker Minis (or snicker balls)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cream together butter, peanut butter & sugars on medium until light & fluffy.
- Add eggs & vanilla until well mixed.
- Mix in salt & baking soda. Finally add in flour. Cover & chill dough 2 hours to make it easier to shape. While dough chills, unwrap snickers (you can skip this step if you use snicker balls!).
- Now flatten about 1 tablespoon chilled dough into a circle, place Snicker in the center & bring dough around snicker making a ball. Put on non-stick cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 14-16 minutes. Let cool slightly before dipping in powdered sugar (or sprinkle) and drizzle with melted chocolate if you like.
